Made in collaboration with Miller's Meat Market on Number 4 Road, Watson Coffee Dust is a blend of spice and coffee that adds a new flavor dimension to a traditional meat dish. Darrel, at Miller's Meat Market was hesitant about making a coffee rub, because in his words, "I've never had one that I've liked". After multiple iterations, different roasts and different spice combinations, we think we've struck the right balance. Check it out and let us know what you think!
