Finca La Palmira is a farm located at roughly 1600 meters above sea level in the High Amazon region near the border with Peru. Santiago has been developing specialty coffee in the region for 6 years. Through various projects planting new varietals, working on different post harvest processes and working with regenerative agriculture practices, Santiago hopes to make "Chito" a household name in specialty coffee production.
