This is our first release of Eva & Pablo’s Coffee from Finca el Jardin for 2026 and we’re excited to share that we’re planning to release four other micro lots this year! During the drive from San Salvador to Guatemala City this spring, Scott and Pablo had the chance to talk coffees. Pablo’s attention to detail and ability to cup coffees have contributed heavily to his farm’s success. Growing Amazing coffees is only half of what Pablo does. His skill at post harvest processes is inspiring. This Catuai is a really nice clean washed coffee grown at his farm at 5,200 feet, we’re picking up Chocolate and Floral notes.
