If you’ve travelled through Tuscany and you’ve fallen in love with Italian coffee culture, this is the espresso for you. Few things compare in life with an Italian pastry on a promenade with the blue Adriatic disappearing into the distance.
Traditionally Italians will use Brazilian coffees as the base of their espressos. We used to use Brazilian coffee until the tariffs made it cost prohibitive to purchase Brazilian coffees. When that happened, we switched to a very similar profile of a coffee coming out of Honduras.
This coffee is from Finca Terrerito; a great direct trade partner. We look forward to continuing to achieve excellence in coffee working with Finca Terrerito into the future.
