We are very excited to be releasing
Dublas' Anaerobic as September's Coffee.
Dublas Fuentes lives in San Agustin de
Copan, the same town that Armando
Rodriguez is from. His coffee has been
one of the components of "Pride of
Tineco" for the last three years. This
coffee is so exciting because it's the first
from his farm that we've been able to
release as a standalone limited release.

Dublas' farm is a magical, peaceful place.
This past year he was able to build a cabin
in the middle of it. This cabin is where
Dublas and his family come to get away
from the bustle of their town in the
middle of thousands of coffee plants and
a beautiful canopy of flowering trees.
Something we're working on is
organizing agrotourism trips to San
Agustin and having people stay in this
serene cabin.

This anaerobically fermented coffee is
Dublas' first and he did an incredible job.
This coffee is balanced, smooth and very
sweet. We are picking up on notes of
blackberry, chocolate, and light brown
sugar. Hope you enjoy every sip!
