The idea behind the Alchemy Collection stems from the Medieval tradition of transforming different metals to gold. In this case we are taking some really amazing coffees and blending them into an intentional espresso. Designed to be drunk with milk, Alchemy #1 is a blend of a Colombian Natural, a Colombian Washed anaerobic Gesha and a Sidamo Natural. We think this coffee pairs exceptionally well with milk or plant based milk for a fun latte or flat white.

The goal with The Alchemy Collection is to highlight a really good espresso blend while also shedding light on the producers and their processes. Cheers
