This naturally processed coffee comes from Finca El Jardin of the Fraijanes Department of Guatemala. We picked up notes of Cherry, Jasmine and Graham Cracker.
Pablo and Eva's Finca El Jardin has been a direct trade partner with Tug Hill Artisan Roasters since 2020. This is our second year featuring coffees from their farm.
These coffees are grown under a canopy of indigenous trees, harvested, and fermented at the farm before being sent to the mill for processing.
Farming is tough work no matter what crop you're working with. There's a lot of effort that goes into growing coffees like these. We are so appreciative of the attention to detail that Pablo and Eva give their coffees.
