Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. This coffee comes from the Guji region. With some nice notes of blueberry and lemon grass, we're super happy how the coffee turned out.

Like most coffees from Ethiopia, this coffee was "naturally processed", which means the beans were dried with the cherry still intact. This typically lends itself to a more "fruity" cup, and can often contribute to more "fermenty" notes. This coffee has nice notes of fruit, without the fermenty characteristics.
